| Abstrakt: | A calculation method is proposed to consider strain rate effect in the nonlinear dynamic analysis. The effect of strain rate on the elasto-plastic displacement responses of structures subjected to earthquake action as well as strain rate relevance at different peak accelerations are discussed. |
