Inspired by the masts of sailing boats, the Ryck Bridge and its forty meters tall central mast gracefully blend in this picturesque harbor. The fifteen meter long swing bridge is operated by hydraulic cylinders, kindly welcoming passing boats. Philipp Wenger talks us through each decision and motivation behind this project.
